Twi-tacular

You knew it was coming, didn't you? The follow up to this.

It was magnificent. It was fabulous. It was everything I hoped for and more. From the anticipation the day of:

to the waiting in line for hours on end:

to the midnight premiere in a packed theater full of screaming tweens:

Followed by a Saturday evening dinner out and second-time screening with all the girlfriends:

and a surprise baby shower for moi, complete with gourmet cupcakes from three of D.C.'s finest sweeteries:

and best of all...Twilight charades, a memorable slumber party, and the reunion of the Matchy Scratchies:

Until June 30th...

It was amazing.

Favorite parts: chicken mediera (sp?), Jacob taking off his shirt, hearing Becky die over "small pants" AGAIN, red velvet and labeling you as "sassa-craft."

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh Kara, how I wish we lived close again. You are just good for my soul. I also saw New Moon on the 20th, and I loved every single milisecond of the movie, I want to see it about oh 12 million more times, but I can't justify spending 60 million more dollars on my obsession. It looks like you had so much fun, and I wish I could have been there with you and your clan for one night. Miss you.

I've stayed true to my word and haven't seen so much as a trailer for "New Moon". I'm holding out until you get here. Remind me to bring a paper bag to breathe into just incase Biker Babe wants to come back for round two.
