Here's a quick movie of us "getting our kite on" at the Annual Smithsonian Kite Festival held on the National Mall. Super fun. Super chilly. Note to all future Kite Festival attendees: COME WITH A KITE. FOR IF YOU DON'T, YOU WILL PAY UP THE WAZOO FOR ONE. Nevertheless, fun all around.

Looks like you had a blast. Sometimes you just have to fork out the cash to have a great time. That new baby is adorable.
So fun! We really wanted to tap the Kite Festival this year but Harley was freezing his tosh off in the Chesapeake at a scout camp-out ALL WEEKEND. We for sure have to go next year!
Look at you and your double stroller. Where did you get it? Pleased w/ it?
Maybe we should hit the parade on the 10th together? I just found out if you buy grandstand tickets (which means a guaranteed good seat) you get $5 admission into Madame Tussads!
