That's my sewing motto; always has been.
Take the 5 aprons, 7 diapees and wipees cases, and 20 baby blankets for example.
Disclaimer: I can't sew. So when I find an online pattern that is easy, even for ME to follow, I don't just make 1... I make FIVE. Why wouldn't an almost-two-year-old need five of the same patterned skirt, with different fabrics? Target took care of the versatile matching shirts for me, pair them with some leggings she already had, and... VOILA! Makenna has 5 new summer outfits.

That's great! So did you make a bunch of those wipes cases you discovered at my place? I want to see those!
Go Kara! Cute skirts. Your cutie will continue to look fabulous and all thanks to mama's industriousness. I bow.
Those are super cute! Way to go Kara.
Those are way cute. I love that pattern. That is totally the way to go. Let's face it we all can agree that we sometimes buy a couple shirts that are the same and in different colors when we find a cute cheap shirt. I think all those skirts look unique in their own way and would never even notice they were the same pattern if I saw her wearing them each Sunday. Good job!
Those are really cute. And we're supposed to believe that you can't sew? Yeah right. Where are the diaper and wipes cases?
Ooh, I am SO in love with those! Please share the link! Great job Kara! Your little sweetie will look fabulous!!! Post pics of her in them
I read it like this first:
"Why wouldn't an almost-thirty-year-old need five of the same patterned skirt, with different fabrics? Target took care of the versatile matching shirts for me, pair them with some leggings he already had, and... VOILA! Drew has 5 new summer outfits."
Awesome job Kara!! I love the skirts!! They are all so unique, your little one will look stylin:) As my little Lilli would say when something looks cute "That's stylin!":)
So darling! I'm envious of your sewing talents. I have a brand new, adorable pink sewing machine that hasn't seen the light of day for 4 years! Maybe you can give me a lesson when you come down to AZ.
Oh, and how are you at turning curtains into snazzy play clothes for mischievous, but musically inclined children who are in desperate need of a Nun/Mother?
